Since 2017, CAYEN has been quietly transforming lives across Cameroon — one skill, one certificate, one youth at a time. Here's the proof.
In Cameroon, youth unemployment is not just a statistic — it is a daily reality for millions of young people who wake up every morning with ambition but no access to opportunity. CAYEN was built specifically to close that gap.
Through our free programs, participants don't just learn a skill — they gain the confidence to start a business, the credential to seek employment, and the network to grow. Many of our graduates have already started earning income from their resin art products within weeks of completing training.
Officially registered under the Government of Cameroon — Registration N° 00200035/RDA/J06/A2/SAAJP/BAPP — with headquarters established in Yaoundé, Centre Region.
Youth awareness campaigns, vocational skills workshops, entrepreneurship coaching sessions, and community volunteer initiatives across the Centre Region of Cameroon.
Partnership with Bliss Resin Arts launched CAYEN's first structured vocational training program — free resin art training delivered at Collège Ebanda, Biyem-Assi, Yaoundé. First cohort certified with CAYEN certificates of training.
CAYEN launched its second training location in Bonaberi, Douala — marking the organization's expansion beyond Yaoundé and its ambition to reach youth across all of Cameroon.
CAYEN's most ambitious program yet — targeting 200 Cameroonian youths across multiple cities and vocational tracks during the 2026 holiday season, with corporate sponsors and expert trainers already engaged.
